This is an amazing gym. With four levels in total this gym has almost everything. I never fall short of machines ever. The support staff is very friendly as well. The only backdrop of this gym is basically the water or mineral drink dispenser where I believe the water from the mineral water dispenser should be made available to everyone and not just the premium members and hence I gave it one star less ;)

Update: no masks required anymore

Well-decked gym with ample equipments, but I heard many horror stories about people who tried to cancel the membership and they can only officially cancel their membership 1 year after they applied for the cancellation. Furthermore, at the female changing area, cheap hair dryers are used and break down very easily. Would recommend to bring your own hair dryer.

By far the worse customer relations and member administration service ever encountered. They had a method for terminating contracts in which you were supposed to send them an email with your customer number 3 months before your contract expiration in order to terminate your contract and prevent automatic contract renewal. This is exactly what I did and, could you imagine, they ignored my email and renewed my contract. Now they continue to charge me for using their gym despite the fact that I have moved out of town 6 months ago. Not to mention the fact that they they continued to charge members during the corona lockdown. I have in total entered the gym 6 times and they charged me for 12 months. Utter disgrace!

As a foreigner looking to join this gym don't expect to be treated nicely. The staff look at you, and don't welcome you or accommodate you as a potential customer. I booked an appointment to see the gym, two days later I arrived and 4 staff members refused to show me the gym. The subsequent days I got the same treatment. So, now I ignore everyone and just work out.

As a gym it is relatively well kept, but the staff room smells as you walk in. It's a great space, and I love the floors for each level of gym goal. If you are a weight lifter, bodybuilder, aerobics or powerlifter, they have everything. Also good music. I give them 2 stars for that.

All and, all don't expect a pleasant welcoming and helpful atmosphere. THE STAFF are the worst maybe ever, but the gym it's self is great with a great price you can't beat.

Hi,

I would not recommend this GYM because of poor communication when your taking / cancelling contract. Very late response for cancellation of contract, even after visiting personally and requested for cancellation of contract they simply ignore and still deduct amount monthly. The minimum contract period is 1 year , has to inform 3 months before cancellation and many terms and conditions even in Carona pandemic time also which is utter nonsese. As the contract is in Deutch language, foreigners cannot read all pages by standing at reception and sign blindly giving their bank details, that's how they play when cancelling the contract.

The worst gym. We asked to cancel our contracts months in advance because we moved out from Hamburg and the employee reassured that with the Abmeldung we would be able to cancel it in the last week that we are in Hamburg. We did exactly what she told us and now they are charging us for the next 3 months. Now the administration of Fit one is telling us that whatever the front desk said (the woman that is apparently one of the responsibles), is not valid. Sincerely, what kind of training do you give to your employees? What kind of trust can we have at this dirty (literally the gym is dirty) and dishonest place? Never coming back and telling all people I know about this.
