Bei ersten Mal wurde es repariert beim zweiten Mal wollte ich für den selben Wert ein anderes Armband. Da sagte er mir, dass er das Armband für 160€ (also fast die Hälfte) zurück kauft und ich mir dafür was aussuchen kann.

Der Grund für den Preis ist angeblich der Goldpreis. Was aber auch gelogen ist. Der Preis ist nämlich gestiegen.

Garantie oder sonstiges kennt er nicht.

Ich wurde im Laden beleidigt und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich selber Schuld bin - ich solle den Schmuck halt nicht kaputt machen.

Eine Rechnung hatte ich übrigens damals auch nicht bekommen - hatte mir dabei erstmal nichts gedacht, jetzt im Nachhinein ein großer Fehler.
