Waiting for more than 7 hours and still no doctor at the Notaufnahme. Very unfriendly hospital staff :( screaming patients, seems nothing happens, same people sitting and waiting for hours, nothing to eat while waiting for the accompanying family.

Horrible after waiting for 3hrs still the staff was clueless about how long will it take to see doctor... pathetic treatment... never expected like this in Germany. There were lot of people working not sure what they were doing.i strongly recommend not to visit if you are in urgent need..but if you have all the time in world and not sure how to spend go here. I do not want to give even 1star.

Very practical and fast service. Arrived in pain and spent only one hour from leaving the taxi to be ok to go home, did exames and received medication. Good hospital.

all in all, we had good experience before, during and after birth. Partially very friendly and proactive staff.

They have refused to attend me even though my eye is completely red and hurts a lot. I have my European Health card and everything is in order, so they have no reason not to attend me. Never in my life had I been rejected at a hospital, I never thought it would happen in Germany.

Bad receptions, I called to ask about my brother situation, and the receptionist just wanted to cut the line at my face. So bad service, the worst I ever had
