That my first day in the gym
check in is very fast after online registration. the place its huge and clean. the machine not the best but it's okay. I can't judge the service yet BRB, and you must found your way alone if you didn't book a personal trainer.
I think it will be better if there someone just gives you a tour in the beginning. I hope I found English speaker in the next few days. Love and peace ✌️

Visiting Hamburg for a week and the staff at McFIT were kind enough to allow us to train for the week.
We have many quality gyms in South Africa , however I was not prepared for this ! What a gym , spacious , spotlessly clean and the quality of the equipment is mind blowing. Various studios from spinning , boxing , cyberobics, slings …. Just too much to mention.
All in all a fantastic fitness experience.

- Staff can't not inform you exactly about what you are paying.
- Some of the staff are there just to complain when you ask for information and to flirt with girls (yesterday 20.09.2022 there was one getting a massage from a client)
- Several closets are not working
- It stinks
- The toilet stinks during the day

I would give 5 stars, because the staff is friendly and the space is very nice for the price, everything is clean and I feel good there. But I think there are too few dumbbells with lower weights. There is literally ONE 4kg dumbbell for the whole gym, for example. The crossfit area could have some dumbbells there, not only kettlebells. And I also miss having the bars with fixed weights, like 8, 10, 12, 14kg.. that you can find in all gyms basically. Another think that annoys me is that there is no Wi-fi there and the 4G reception is awfull, basically you can´t connect your phone. So if you want to hear music, or download an exercise video or even send a text message, you can´t! You have to do this prior entering the building. Come on, guys! Wi-fi is not something from another world!!! :)

I was with them for 4 years, and relatively satisfied. Then I wanted to cancel (I had a one year no cancellation period). I could not cancel in person, I was told to email or phone. I could not cancel via these, I was told (eventually) to cancel via online form or via the app. The app didn't work and I filled out 4 forms to cancel, and yet every month the payments continued to come out of my account. I finally had no choice but to go to my bank and block the payments. Now I am getting collections calls for the "missed payments." Truly a scummy company.

You’ll always find some people training there. Clean and nice place, one of the best Mcfit I’ve seen so far. Equipment the quality and number both are really nice, even though it stays busy but most of the time you never have to wait for an equipment to get free. Special is Cage and Box area, Stretching and Yoga, Cardio and Legs. In one word this Gym is amazing. Worth to pay for it.

Disgusting to Randomly change someones monthly fee, which was already agreed. I cancelled my sub. right away, and i hope enough people did it to make you regret this Scammy way of doing business.
