Of course at this moment I completely understand the corona-safety rules and regulations. However, today the staff was literally yelling at me because I was not standing exactly at the “waiting point”.

Once I complained to the staff that she has been very confusing and rude - the staff just rolled her eyes and gave me a response with a sneer saying “please calm down” (in English).

Later I tried to explain to them this is not how you treat the customer, the other staff started to shout to me “ No English, speak German”, I don’t wanna address the issue into a racial discrimination level however it sounds like she was trying to say this is Germany you need to speak German.

In the end, there is no apologise from this Bäckerei, and the staff who was rolling her eyes during the whole time.

Very good and tasty selection of baked goods, both bread and sweet pastries. Tables available to sit down for coffee. And they have good Bretzeln!
