Whenever i wanted some take out, i would think of this place. They have the best varieties and delish food. The delivery was rather fast too! Best take out sushi place around here! (the photo doesn't do it justice)

Sometimes chopsticks were forgotten or just a portion of soy sauce for 60 pieces. Sushi delivered but we thought everything was ok, you can forget something.
Sushi is delicious, only with the last order..our closed sushi box arrived with a thick green bow tie on/in the sushi, we called immediately, the woman on the phone spoke to another woman in the shop and we could hear - how our testimony was questioned and something was pulled against us..
Then luckily a man came to the phone who immediately said that we would get the box again (worth 31 €)
About 15 minutes later the sushi came again, but we had also ordered sake rocket roll, the website says salmon, rocket and cream cheese - so cream cheese wasn't there.
In addition, it was around 30° that day and with raw meat or fish you should keep to the cold chains.
It's a shame that you can't count on great service these days and that the customer isn't taken seriously.

Wir haben dort schon 3-4 mal bestellt und es lief alles soweit gut.
Mal wurden Stäbchen vergessen oder nur eine Portion Soja Soße für 60 stk. Sushi geliefert aber wir dachten alles ok, man kann ja mal was vergessen.
Sushi ist lecker, nur bei der letzen Bestellung..kam unsere geschlossene Sushi Box mit einer dicken grünen Fliege auf/in dem Sushi bei uns an, wir haben sofort angerufen, die Frau am Telefon hat mit einer anderen Frau im Laden geredet und man konnte hören - wie unsere Aussage in Frage gestellt wurde und etwas über uns hergezogen wurde..
Dann kam zum Glück ein Mann ans Telefon der sofort sagte das wir die Box einmal neu bekommen(wert 31€)
Ca.15 min später kam dann das Sushi neu, allerdings hatten wir unter anderem auch Sake Rucola Roll bestellt, auf der Website steht mit Lachs, Rucola und Frischkäse- also Frischkäse war nicht dabei.
Zudem war es an dem Tag um die 30° und mit rohen Fleisch oder Fisch sollte man schon die kühlketten einhalten.
Sehr schade das man heutzutage nicht mehr mit tollen Service rechnen kann und das der Kunde nicht für vollgenommen wird.
