Ich war da mit meiner 2 Kinder, nach über eine Stunde Wartezeite trotz Termin habe ich nett gefragt: Mit wie viel Wartezeit soll ich rechnen weil ich andere Termine habe. Sagte die Arzthelferin, wir haben sie vergessen. Ich weiß nicht ob das an meine Kopftücher lag oder wirklich so weil alle andere Frauen ohne Kopftuch waren schneller durch und wurden anderes behandelt als wir!!

Der Arzt hat überhaupt null mit dem Kind interagiert, war null emphatisch und hat blöde Sprüche gemacht wie “sie meinen auch im Bus können alle vorne sitzen”. Befund wurde nicht richtig besprochen.
