Surprisingly nice room design. Small but comfortable. very clean, strong wifi, nice staff. The bathroom is tiny, although that's maybe personal as I'm 1,92m...

The area is pretty dodgy though, close to the Central Station and in Germany that means a colorful mix of people. Not unsafe but not exactly attractive.

Really nice place. But lacks basic appliances such as kettles, or wash basin, water facility, or space within the room. However the shared bathrooms are really well looked after and price is unbeatable.

The room was ok. But the service is is a huge mess. We had to check in another hotel with no care of Covid in a very small reception office on a long queue. Then they told us our hotel being in another place than had been told us in advance of booking. I would have not booked if I knew this, did not like the area. Then they told us parking is also in another place. All about ten minutes away from each other. On Monday morning tried to return the keys but reception hotel main doors were closed and no one there. We could not access the return box for keys. Had to wait half an hour till a customer opened by chance the entrance. The bath drain clodged, but not oossible to call someone. A mess of hotel (not hotel at all). All in all they cash in advance and then do what they like. Shame. NOT RECOMMENDED.

DO NOT GO HERE! Awful service and the staff barely knew English which made the communication almost impossible. We arrived to this hotel at 22 pm and were told that the hotel were missing the key to one of the rooms we booked. We told them that we could take the other room that they hade the key for which they refused. The staff were barely willing to help us and I would not recommend anyone this hotel! The irresponsibility with a hotel loosing a key to a booked hotel room says a lot about their service and cautiousness. We drove then to another hotel that we booked the very last minute and they gladly had the keys to the rooms.

The only good thing of the hostel is that it is just few steps from the train and bus station.
Cons: no kitchen access. Most of room are cramped, no windows. The hallways of each floor also they don’t have any windows, therefore there is a very bad air circulation.
No bathroom has windows or a functional air extractor (humid and hot)
We got a 5 people room, it was small for just 3 people, towels just for 3 people and bedding for 4.

Stuff is very rude and not helpful, didn't let me to check in at 6o'clock at night and left me to sleep on the street. i didn't have corona test with me, but im fully vactionated and they not mention that before you book your room! Avoid this place

DO NOT STAY AT THIS „HOTEL“

Pictures at booking.com are just a lie. No idea where they took them, but it has nothing to do with this place.
Parking, although “included” on the booking.com site, is paid extra.
Zero service by the employees who look like they will rob you at any occasion. Nobody there at night.
Neighborhood, well, watch out for your belongings and don’t leave your car around.
I genuinely feel like staying in this place is a big fraud.
