We booked this hotel without knowing it is above an inappropriate business. They don't show pictures of the ground level or the entrance to the hotel. Do not recommend it for families. We felt very unsafe and can not even describe here what we saw at the entrance. We ended up moving to a different hotel.

The location of this hotel is central, close to the main train station. It also offers reasonable breakfast the beds are OK and clean and it is inexpensive.
It would be stupid to complain about small and dodgy rooms, a ruff neighbourhood or a rather unfriendly night portier. You get what you pay for, and I was positively surprised in the morning by a bright and welcoming breakfast room and ok food.

Small rooms, no fans. But a fairly good price for a hotel so close to central station. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy with a pornclub as closest neighbor. But otherwise ok. Simply but okay Breakfast .

The hotel is good for the price. However, I didn’t feel safe with my family due to people around the hotel area. If you are with your family, don’t stay there.

Its scam am booking tor date and they send email me booking for another date 3 days try call them no answering on phone number send 100 emails nothinghs ... rubish

Fantastic experience. The price - quality was excelent and it is in a great place in Hamburg. You could go walking to the train station or to the city center. The breakfast was just perfect. With everything someone will like to eat.
