Went their as the outlook was good but sadly they don’t come up to my expectations. Customer service 5/10, presentation 4/10, cost is high as compared to what i got. They didn’t have Käsekuchen, sadly the attendant didn’t understand it is ????????u200d♀️ then i told her i will sit there, and she gave me coffee in paper cup, i asked for something to eat which was placed in the plate, and with no tray, so i went and the place was not tidy, only the sofa area was ok.

A customer bumped her head on hanging lamp as it was too low, the light is bright but still they hanged light bulbs... i feel it has to be normalized.

I would neither recommend to my friends, nor go there.

Plus: delicious donuts and Dijon mustard croissant. Staff don't bother you if you want to stay there and work/read. Negative: not very clean. Super loud noises coming from the kitchen (some machine running, staff does not care enough to close the door quickly enough). Short barrista guy walking around like he has nothing to do, essentially loitering during work...
