We visited this place on a Monday evening and were positively surprised. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The place is great for chilling and talking while enjoying a cup of coffee on a rainy day. The coffee tastes great, and the pastries are heavenly delicious. If you love chocolate, try "death by chocolate" which is to die for!

1. Cosy place, cafe is located in nice building and has small garden next to it, relaxing atmosphere
2. Huge selection of food/ bakery products. It’s more bakery than a coffee shop ????
3. Coffee is ok-ish… it’s a bit bitter, I think. Milk was frothed ok but usually with barista coffee I would expect this nice smoothness and perfect blend of taste with coffee, which was lacking here. On the other hand it’s a local neighbourhood place that targets customers who comes to bakery, so considering this quality is good!
4. Really nice service, foreigner friendly! Possible to pay by UK card ????????

5 stars for bakery
3 stars for coffee

Update on coffee: I went there again and I was surprised! There was different barista (blond lady) and she just did a perfect milk for my cappucino!!

Great Place to chill! Fantastique Cake! Great Coffee Bar. Good music and relaxed atmosphère. Child friendly. Good quality good local produits for sale.

Very good service, lovely selection of savoury food, cakes, bread and drinks. We were able to sit outside under tall trees, and ate a delicious brunch! I look forward to eating there again!!

A really nice cafe. Ideal place for sunday afternoon coffee and cake or breakfast/branch. It is located in a beautiful old fort. It makes that you want to spend here more time. A staff very professional and helpful. Sometimes it can be crowded. No problem with parking in the neighbourhood. Definitely, I will visit this place again!

Amazing!!!
Flat White done right, and the best lemon tarts I've had in Germany so far.
I've just moved around the corner from Australia, and it brings me so much delight to have found such a special cafe, with good coffee! Can't wait to try the meals.

It's not often I come across such good cafe. Very impressed! Keep up the good work!

Was there a couple months ago and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Since it was a larger group I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Went last week and the waiter was excellent and the food was good.

Went today. Ordered my food and drinks. Drinks came. And more than 30 minutes later I asked about the food. The waiter who took my order asked if I had ordered food. In the time we were waiting the waiter had sold the bread we wanted to other people. So ultimately after waiting about 45 minutes we ended up with no food.

The atmosphere is nice, food is average and the service is inconsistent. I think I won't go back due to the inconsistency.
