Almost the whole living was a pretty good. It was clean, comfortable and pleasant but at the last day of my living I found a diplura in the attached bathroom. I said it at the check-out to a stuff at the reception but they didnt do nothing with it except saying sorry. It can be dangerous because it might be a room where are living kids and something like that

Friendly employees, nice neighbourhood, good service - we had a great stay with two kids in Ibis Alster. Easy with S/U-bahn from/to airport.

I frequently use this hotel if I need to spend time in the centre of Hamburg. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is located close to public transport connections.

No free breakfast for a pricey stay. The room was very tidy and clean. The frinr desk staff were very helpful and nice. The lighting in the room was very dim to my liking.

A really nice, modern hotel which is located only a few metres from the metro station. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would make it even better

We love the big comfy beds where you can relax after a hard day's sightseeing. The quality of the rooms are very good with eve that you like for a weekend break. The service was excellent and the breakfast very satisfying. This hotel was well situated for public transport and the U-bahn was approximately 5 minutes walk away. I can Thor recommend a stay here.

It's a bit ran down ibis Styles, but nice location, planty of parking, good Rewe grocery store, few minutes to the underground. Quite area.
Beds are a bit on a soft side. The biggest complaint would be that in these times when hotel is not full, they have put the people in the room next to ours which had those common doors. Of course locked, but it's always more noisy due to those doors.
Please, make a remark that guests are not happy to be awaken by next door people at 7:30 on Sunday morning. ????
Other than that, all good.

Edit: We did check this issue, and i was told the second morning that no one will be in that room.
