We had the most excellent service there. We were made to feel welcome from the first moment we entered. The food was delicious, although quite pricey. The view over the Elbe is magnificent. I can have highly recommend this place, the waiters and the cooks made this into a very special night out!

Food was good but on the expensive side for what you get. Service was a bit slow for when we went (asked for sparkling water 4 times before finally getting a bottle). We had the halibut which was the best dish and the lemon tarts was amazing, too. Great spot for a date night, though, with the view of the river and the cruise ships coming and going.

We could sit comfortably outside here, and in the early evening it was very pleasant with little wind. Great views across the Elbe River with plenty of traffic on the water.

The food here was delicious. Limited vegan options.

Fish food fans will find a delicious but pricy menu here, while pairing wines start at a moderate rate.

The service was professional, attentive, and the time window that we had for our table reservation was more than sufficient.

Quality, fresh ingredients, impeccable service, flavours to die for, knowledgeable, attentive and super friendly staff. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The lobster was the best I have ever eaten - cooked to perfection. Would go back and have the same meal again in a heartbeat and want to try everything else on the menu. Bravo Rive.

OVER PRICED, OVER ESTIMATED!
It's a very, very very mediocre restaurant, that prices itself as a high-end see food restaurant. The service was less then professional and most of the food was disgrace. When I saw that it is located just between the waterfront and "Frische Paradise" (perhaps the best see food supplier), I thought I'm going to have the best, most fresh see food. I think both the shrimps and the lobster was defrosted. Anyway it tasted this way. The view was magnificent and the wine was good.

Fantastic restaurant, delicious food and very friendly staff. Kindly suggested Thunfisch RARE, a real Joy to eat.
All perfect except some minor stuff ( that's why 4*); the Major one is the bathroom; from a high level restaurant I am expecting cleaner bathrooms.
