Service was good, food was okay, value for money was not great. Even their signature lobsters weren’t exactly much better from something you’d get at a chain restaurant

We had a great night out with some excellent lobster and seafood.
The service was fantastic with fast paced and friendly waiters.
The atmosphere overall was very relaxed and from the balcony you got a fantastic view of the ships that go by.

Great service with pretty good seafood. The portions were fair sized. The seafood tasted fresh and was well prepared. The menu had a lot to choose from including the assorted fish plate which includes three different types of fish with a side. Lunch specials also available from 12 to 3.

We had a nice dinner at this restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty. We had a set of oysters, fresh lobsters and lobster pasta. Every dish was delicious. My two stars will go for the incredibly poor service that left a very disappointing impression. It was almost impossible to get attention from the waiters, we had to ask and remind to bring some bread and our main course (time gap between starters and main course was almost 1 hour). At 9.20 pm we asked for some desserts and were told the kitchen is closed and they do not accept any orders!!! In all restaurants in the world we have been so far, there is a good practice to come to the table and inform remaining clients about kitchen closing hours and checking if the guests would like to order Something else before kitchen is closed. Did not happen here... really disappointing...

THE SAUCE WAS AMAZING. We couldnt have enough of it. And also the fries were shoooooo delicious. I ordered thr half lobster, and there was plenty to eat. My friend ordered filet, it was also delicious for seafood in Germany (altho not as delicious as back home hehe ????). I would give 10 stars for the dessert. I'm visiting this place again next time I'm in Hamburg :)

I liked the food.. it’s pretty nice,.. food takes forever to arrive though which is not bad if you’re there for a business lunch or a date, but if you’re hungry, I’d suggest to let the staff know as you order so they would serve you dishes right away. Staff are friendly and very helpful btw.. all in all, it’s a recommended place to visit for some nice seafood in Hamburg

It is the best place to eat sea food in Hamburg! I have never had such a lobster soup before. Don't miss it.
