Really enjoyed this restaurant
It was my first time despite several trips to Hamburg.
Very nice Italian food. The waiters are great.
Service si not too long.
We shared a pizza as a starter and then I had the spaghetti with shrimp and garlic.
That was very tasty and a bit spicy but really liked both pizza and pastas.
A bit disappointed by the tiramisu.
A bit noisy as well as the ceiling is quite high
In the end the overall feeling is good
If you want nice Italian food, go ahead

I can’t find one positive thing to say about this place

Location - close to the S-Bahn station “Hammerbrook” and easy to get to. Hard to find parking though. Location is also a negative since it is very noisy when you sit outside.

Facilities - uncomfortable chairs outside and inside. Inside feels like a warehouse and decoration is very minimalistic, wallpaper is super fancy though.

Food - firstly, we got no appetisers or anything like that. I ordered a lasagne which tasted nice but unfortunately it was cold inside and also not a lot - I weigh 45kg and was still hungry. Other people on the table ordered a salad and Penne Arrabiata. The arrabiata were so hot that no one could eat them.

Beverages - I can only speak for myself and I ordered a wine.Apparently, this was not a very popular wine because it tasted like it was in the fridge for weeks, it smelled like vinegar and tasted even worse. I know my wine and this was an old wine.

Staff - I complained about both, the cold lasagna and the wine. I got a coffee which I didn’t want as apology. I would’ve loved a fresh glass of wine but after asking three times, the staff avoided me and walked away from me. This is unprofessional and unfriendly.

I live right around the corner but I will never ever bring anyone to this restaurant. I would rather starve a night before going back.

Please don’t go to this terrible place.

Nice atmosphere, good food variety. Pizza taste was below average.

A great ambient place In the middle of Hamburg Hammerbrook in the listed, historic industrial courtyard, they have built a unique restaurant. The pizzas ,pastas are authentic and this place is worth a visit.

This is a fantastic place to eat at.
The staff is very friendly, and speaks english. The place is very nice. And the food is amazing! I highly recommend the grilled salmon with a side of vegetables (probably the best i've ever had, it's perfect) and the spaghetti bolognaise are delicious.
I'd come back very often if I didn't live 1300km away.
Grazie, Ristorante Alitalia ❤

Heavy food, expensive water they say this is an Italian restaurant but in truth it is that the dishes are made of poor ingredients
