Really authentic Japanese diner. He menu is small and fine. Food quality is great, however the portion is really small in relation with its price.

The restaurant is also really small, therefore it doesn't feel that comfortable dining there.

A reservation is always recommended.

One of few truly authentic Japanese restaurants in Hamburg. Tasty food, friendly service, cozy and reserved decos with real plants. I'd love to re-visit at any time!

(You won't have much chance to dine here without reservation.)

The best and most tender sashimi that I can remember in recent times. All other dishes were just as perfect. Best possible quality and atmosphere.

Probably one of the best Japanese restaurant in the neighbourhood.

But for an Asian, the udon could be more tender. Still, the different flour used between Japan and Germany could probably explained the differences.

Overall, it offered quite a good ambience and very friendly team to serve their customers.

It cured my homesick for Asian food though, when I was there.

Authentic Japanese food in Hamburg! It is definitely a hidden treasure near the Alster!
