Reception staff super helpful when we arrived, not really nice girl when check out.
We've got one towel for two in all our stay. Someone get in to us room 15 minutes after we get in.
Breakfast more than perfect but I found butter two months after date.
Generally nice, quiet hotel, great German breakfast with a bit British with i not really like. Only bar staff with not much experience, other perfect.

They charged me double for breakfast, but besides that the hotel was very good. Very nice room that is heavily sound proofed. Didn't hear traffic from cars or planes, which is astonishing as the hotel is 200 m from the airport. Breakfast was excellent when disregarding the double charge.

Good practical place to stay given proximity to airport if you’re passing by. Easy connection to Sbahn station, just few minutes walk. Not much option for dinner in the surrounding places. Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly. You should fix the email issue in the official website: when sending to that email, I received automated reply to send to another email only to find out in reception that there’s another new email.

Doesn't worth the price! Service is very good, location is perfect but the rooms are a let down. The beds don't much the hotel price. Two broken side lamps and a leaking shower door with mildew and a worn out bed board is what all inclusive are for 170€ per night. Restaurant did eat there but looks good and elegant. Update garbage lid also doesn't work!

When I approached the reception area it was totally crowded with passengers and staff was busy. I waited there about 10 minutes until I get my chance. The lady in the reception welcomed me with a soft smile and apologized me as she kept me waiting. She then explained me all the facilities one by one. I didn't think twice to stay because I really appreciate the way she delivered her service specially the way she communicated. If the hotel is luxurious and the staff is not professional no one will appreciate, but if the staff is qualified you can make a big difference. I have written this as an appreciation for your team members. And the room was also nice and spacious. Good to have a hotel inside the airport.

Love this hotel. It’s directly in front of the airport (walking distance) and next to the obviously expensive parking. Rooms were clean, service was friendly and the breakfast was superb. I look forward to my next stay!

High praise for all the staff at this hotel. They helped my family and I out of a bind after a problem with the airline, and lavished my children with free candies and stuffed animals. Stay here if you can for easy access to downtown Hamburg and its airport. Thank you !
