Nice apron view, Fu0026B is mediocre. Alcohol available but since months they don’t have any white-wine glasses. Smoking room is available as well as showers and relaxation rooms (three “beds” in each). Staff seems a bit overwhelmed with the number of guest.

This lounge has so far been pretty chill with not too many people occupying it and it has been comfortable. There is also a great view either inside the airport or on the runways. The food is really disappointing though. The selection is really small, some ready-made potatoe salad that is watery and some other mayo based "salads". The food presented is also rather unhealthy, except for the bananas and apples in the corner. The beverages are great tho. Just the food part is lacking. I first thought it was a joke, but since visiting this lounge for 4 times, it is not. And it is everytime the same. I stop by here since it is included in my ticket.

Lovely packed "snack box", such a friendly front desk person (a Mrs.) is taking care of check-in, explains rules, time for a small talk. Just so good and nice! Even if the Lounge is not allowed to operate full food and drink service, Coffee, water (and bottled beers ????????) are available.

These lounges in airports are 100% worth it for layovers. Hamburg Lounge is included with business class or above or you can pay €29 if you are economy. Certain credit cards such as the AMEX Platinum also allow access to many airport lounges so be sure to check.

The Hamburg lounge has pretty basic but good hot and cold buffet, soda fountain, hot soup, juice bar, wine and a fully stocked beer cooler. Has comfortable chairs, desks, USB charging ports and plugs. Wifi is included. Bathrooms are very clean, showers are available. Lounge itself is kept very clean by attentive staff. Location is on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2.

In my opinion, the lounge attendant was very friendly and pro-actively informed about the service change. Service, i.e. a bag with food as shown in the picture and a fridge full of beer. They also have a coffee maker.

Lounge was ok but not value for money, food was moderate and seating areas ware not very clean with food on floor and Furnature from previous visitors. Low level of cleaning I light of covid.
Significant number of children charging around, screaming and crying. Not a relaxing lounge experience.
