Very nice stay… Welcome drinks were really nice addition to the hotel atmosphere.
Free coffee, helpful staff and luggage keeping facility was exception.

Location was great to enjoy one side the city heritage and on the other side close to the Famous fish market.

Worst hotel to stay because of the following:

It was +30 degrees but we have to wait more than 1.5 hours outside in the sun to check in. The employees find this normal. I’ve never seen this before to be honest

There were several people present at the workplace but only two of them were checking in while there was a super long line outside

Once checked in we were told our room would not be cleaned for 4 days (that is their policy). that's why we got two coins to get a drink at their bar

In the night we found out that the AC was not working. Next morning, we reported this immediately (room temperature was 29 degrees) so that we would get another room. Apparently that problem had been going on for 3 days in the entire hotel. it could possibly take another week to get it fixed. Bad service that they didn’t report this at checkin, cause we paid for this feature (AC). They even gave us a room at sun side. It was really horrible to stay here. Sleepless nights.

Another thing to keep in mind, there is a window in de room but there is too much (really too much) noise to sleep with open window.

Besides this all, the floor is really dirty (spots everywhere).

I need to book 12 rooms for a company event. Their website doesn't support group booking, so I tried to call them at the number on their website, but it's not working. I then went in person to the hotel reception were I was told that it is not possible to make reservations there (WTF¿?) and to email them. I sent then an email and it had been 1 week without any answers.

Not for those looking for a traditional experience but it was a fantastic, comfortable stay with an amazing breakfast spread and within reasonable walking distance to the waterfront and other great spots to visit.

Handy location just round the corner from the Reeperbahn but peaceful and quiet. S-bahn station really close by too. Friendly staff, particularly the guy the breakfast check in; a cheery soul and be a great start to the day. Cool decor throughout and great value at the price.

Very nice hotel, Rooms are big and staff is courteous. Location is also amazing just next to the party place and Reeperbahn station. Only 15 mins away from Hamburg central station.

This hotel is amazing, everything from the modern sleek designs to how high tech the room is, comes complete with Apple TV, a built in Wireless Phone Charger and heated flooring in the Shower Room, I especially like ambient of the lighting in the rooms.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff are wonderful and are really helpful always there to point you in the right direction, the breakfast was above average despite being just continental and the location is perfect.

The shower room is perfect and the hole bedroom is a perfect size with a large TV, unfortunately the bed isn't what i'd call that comfy however each to there own.
