Was in town for work and popped in for a quick morning workout. Wished I had a gym like this at home. Friendly staff, clean and new equipment, not crowded. Great experience.

Gym is ok the dumbbell started turning mid set I almost Injured my self cause of it
In my opinion over priced.
Had a sign no tank tops which I don’t understand

Very good salon with poor management, it is always humid inside, no fresh air and dumbell weights are loose..

Very professional and welcoming staff who make you feel right at home.
They encourage you continually with your training and motivate you to better your standards.
I would say they are also quite scientific in their methods and can strongly recommend the gym to the locals as well as the visitors to Hamburg.

Only been there for a tour, the Gym is really advanced, technology is used to keep track of the members' performance, and it has an outdoor area where ypu can train during the summer. Tobi from the staff was great, he really showed me around and knows everything regarding sports.
