My stay there has been at my expectation. For which concerns Hamburg, I think they have one of the best daily rate with an excellent price/quality balance. During the stay only some hours blackout but it was depending from the network. Position comfortable with urban railway S1 from/to Airport (station Landwehr), undergrounds U1 (station Wartenau) and U3 (Lübecker Straße) and also the bus line 16 to Central Station and the City Centre. I would surely suggest it for who wants to visit HH.

Great hotel, especially cost wise for Hamburg. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is friendly and the breakfast/bar is satisfactory.

Electricity has been gone for 5 hours (18:00-23:00) appx. It is a shame that this kind of big hotel doesn‘t have a power generator. We had to walk the stairs, the room was like a sauna because of the electricity gone. Elevators wasn‘t working, in the room that given to us tv was damaged.

Nice, new hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms, bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning and large TV in the rooms. Only a couple minutes walk to U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Staff were friendly, but giving 4/5 for service because check-in process took 45 minutes of waiting. Only one man was working. He was working hard, but was clearly overwhelmed. On the plus side, the waiting area was comfortable. Like other comments mentioned, the walls are definitely thin - you can hear your neighbour's phone alarm going off, but this was rare. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is super nice and very close to city center (only 2 stops to Hamburg Hbf). There is a big REWE supermarket just close by. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out was very fast. Rooms are super clean and big. Price-quality top. Very convenient place to stay. I definitely recommend this place ????

Really loved our stay there. The room was clean, renovated and comfortable and air conditioning was available. 24 hour service was available at the reception. The hotel is really centrally located and is at walking distance to the Alster lake and Arabian market.
