I don’t agree with a lot of people who say that they came late and they didn’t get to enter the hotel or stuff like that. Everything was explained when we booked the hotel. The time when we should be there, how it works, etc. We got the chance to stay there as we were visiting Hamburg and we stayed in for a week, the personnel were really kind. Always interested if everything was alright. They also helped us to find a taxi! Really impressed. I was a little bit worried about having to share the bathroom but it was so clean and calm in there! Great job guys! I really appreciate your kindness and mobility. I highly recommend. Anyone wishing to book a room in that hotel, just go for it, don’t listen to people who didn’t know the rules and then criticize the hotel!

Room quality: 10/10. Shared bathroom is not a huge inconvenience when you think about the total, low price. Customer service: 8/10, helpful but in some aspects limited (busy line, only fixed phone). Localization: ok, in some poor slums neighborhood, but also close to restaurants, large lake, and relatively not far away from train station. Other: hotel name was changed, hotel address was changed, hotel rooms are in other place than the hotel reception.

Hotel was locked when I arrived for check in! This was despite me having informed the hotel that I would be slightly late from the (ridiculous) 10 pm check in deadline, as my flight was scheduled to land at 9:25. I rushed to the hotel, managing to reach at 10:05 pm, only to find that the hotel was locked from the outside, and the no one was picking up the mentioned telephone numbers. As a result I was left stranded in an unfamiliar town without a place to stay. On top of all this, the hotel refused to provide any sort of refund or compensation. Please stay far away from this place!!!

We were given a room on the 3rd floor facing the main roadt all night we were hearing the sound of passing cars. Inside the apartment was hot ????.
The apartment are generally clean and tidy and the price we paid was fair.

Thiefs! Terrible experience!

We have booked a stay for a week, but we've arrived 5 min after check in period. They refused to accomodate us, but promised, that we can come the next day. After we came there they refused us again, stated that they've already sold our room to somebody else and even charged us a full price as a "NO SHOW". They didn't even returned us money! Terrible experience!!!

Very interesting concept where you have your own room but shared bathroom facilities. Wasn't that busy when I was there. Does lack a nice desk to work at, but there are plenty of nice places across the street.

Because of Coronawirus pandemic we couldn't drive into Hamburg Bundesland and all hotels were closed for guests. So we didn't have any opportunity to come to this hotel, but our reservation was cancelled, and we didn't get any refund. The hotel refused also to postpone our visit to other term. In my opinion this is very unfair, because all this situation weren't our fault. Communication with this hotel is also very difficult.
