Great hotel for me, it was exactly how I wanted. I did not need a super fancy room so mine was just normal and the breakfast is also just good but not to special. The location is great and public parking is nearby. The staff has all been very friendly and nice as well

Don't order the breakfast at this hotel. We did and I understand that due to the corona thing is difficult to provide the service, but they did it awful. No variety, just a bad coffee a bad orange juice and packed sandwiches like those you can find at the supermarket for a Meal Deal and some energetic bars. Sadly, I won't come back to this hotel.

It did not live up to The pictures. The Walls are is yellow and The bed is laying on The Ground. Our tabels is destroyed. But The Windows is Nice and big.

Cons: Small rooms, poor breakfast with an instant coffee (at least by it's taste) and boiled eggs as only warm dish.
Pros: Friendly and helpful personal, good location, clean and tidy rooms.
The hotel I'd not book next time.

I spent one night in this hotel. it surely is conveniently located and offers good breakfast.
I travel a lot a spend a big part of the year in different hotels. Usually when I come into my room and find something (a bottle of water/wine or a piece of something sweet) on my bed or on my table I consider it as a welcome gift and I always appreciate the gesture. So I was pleased to find a small bottle of local wine lying on my bed when I reached my room late at night. Astonished I was when the following morning I was charged 4 euros for it. Money is not a problem here: if you want to offer minibar services, don't put things on the guests' bed and attach a price tag to them, otherwise it's pure deceit and extortion.

A fairly cheap hotel with spacious rooms. The staff speaks English, but is not very helpful when it comes to recommending restaurants and sights in the city. The breakfast is OK for the price. Overall a fair place to stay when in Hamburg.

Book online and you will get a good deal including breakfast.

Hotel staff is helpfull.

But the rooms in this hotel are horrible!
The windows in my room had cracked glass, the shower was old end dirtty, the shower head was clogged so there wasn't any water coming out of the shower head.

The 'minibar' was not there anymore only a big gap where the minibar use to be.

I had to help my college because she could not get the roomdoor to open evendoug it was not stuck. (nothing happens between us, I'am just saying)
