This is such a good restaurant! Within a short time we visited this restaurant several times! It is so delicious and very creative! The stuff is super friendly and when you order your dish you get it super fast!! One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Hamburg.

I was pleasantly surprised with the authenticity of the food because of the name of the restaurant contains the word “Fusion”. The server does speak English which is a relief. It offers lunch specials. I sat outside so can’t really comment on the interior of the restaurant. Overall I feel it is a great Vietnamese restaurant in Hamburg!

The server who attended us was not very friendly.

The lemonade was too sweet but I liked the presentation and as you can see the mint leaves were fresh.
The rolls were a bit too bland.
I had crispy duck with basil and it was sure crispy and it was good.
The salmon with coconut was okay, the presentation was a bit sad.

Great food, served fast (if you come in already hungry, you will appreciate this a lot) and in reasonable prices (main courses were around 12€ in September 2022, there were also much cheaper options, like salads or a huge steamed bun filled with meat and veggies for 5,5€, YUM!!). It looked and smelled great, I actually wasn't hungry but ended up ordering anyway and was very satisfied. What was exceptionally good was the service. The young waiter was very fast and efficient; our food was delivered promptly after our drinks, after we had maybe one sip? What is this magic?? Please keep it up!

Authentic vietnamese food - delicious, fresh and so tasty! When you don't have planned to come here, come early in the evening around 6 o'clock to get a table! Otherwise you have to wait - but it is more than worth it!

Hamburg offers a great variety of Asian food, and many restaurants are top notch. My spouse is Asian so we eat Asian food very frequently. NOM is good, but not special or good enough to warrant a higher rating than three if you compare with other Asian restaurants of a similar kind. The restaurant has a very basic interior, and is not particularly clean. The menus are dirty. The staff is correct and friendly, but not outperforming other, similar restaurants. We had the appetizer sampler to begin with and found the rolls average and the chicken skewer poor (very salty and dry). It tasted like prefab food, not made in the restaurant. The accompanying sauces were not authentic. The beer was room temperature, and the Vietnamese lemonade too sweet.
The main courses were okay at best. Neither of us finished the main course and the aftertaste was peculiar. This was our second visit to NOM and we will not try NOM again. That said, if you are looking for a simple and fast imbiss-style Vietnamese dish, it is perfectly fine.

Great Vietnamese food with decent portions.
We ordered a PhoBo and a bowl with tofu.
Great recommendation for a healthy lunch break!
