Received an free upgrade because everything else was booked, which was really great. The staff in general was very helpfully and friendly. They gave us a great recommendation list for good breakfast places.
Room was clean and neat. Especially the shower was really nice.
The bar had a big variety of gin and was chill to hang out.

Great location. Can walk to the Elbe and St Paulii. Rooms are adequate size, clean and nicely decorated. However, there is no kettle and no fridge which for me is a given in any hotel. Staff soak English.

Good quality room. Nice view. They have a parking space underground, but it might take a while to find an empty spot. Nice and professional staff at the reception. Breakfast was really nice.

You either have a great view or a terrible view, no in between and a few problems in the rooms I stayed it

Great price/quality ratio. The breakfast is good as well. Obviously not the most luxurious place but the staff is great and the location is very central to do lots of things by car, on foot or via metro.

Location and price are very good, so at the beginnig you are happy.
After a bit, some drawbacks appear: in the room there is no space for luggages or dress; breakfast has to be reserved, but this info is not always given timely; for people at the reception everything is complicated.

1. Mould in the bathroom.
2. The lack of even a small kettle in the room, waste basket only in the bathroom, by the bed of the contact only from one side. Small rooms with poorly working heating.
3. Absurd time slots for breakfast, causing me to choose only 6 am for breakfast.

If Motel One cost 30 Euros - then Ok. For nearly 100 Euro per room such things are unacceptable. I will never go there again.
