Hotel is nice. Our family room was unusually large. Yummy breakfasts. It is just 15 minutes underground ride from the center, very close to the underground station. It has a pool.

A hotel mixed with living for a longer term and older folks. This results in the hotel stay to deliver more than just one room. The wireless was flat open wireless without a login, unsure wether to consider that good or bad. The water provided by the hotel was very expensive. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.

NO Ac is the room.. the receptionist is very rude with guest...

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

Felt really sub standard hotel.
Staff behavior cannot be described as being professional.
Simply no customer care services were made available.
No customer attention was provided.
Room prices are clearly overrated.
Location was considered to be far from the city centre.
Not considered suitable for families.

It is an apartment, including breakfast. In the basement is a swimming pool, sauna etc. and a washing machine free to use for anyone, as long as you have a room. On the first floor is a reading room with three sofas. Next to the reception is a door leading to the breakfast bufee. It is from 6:30 to 10:30. There is also another dinning area but it is reserved for lunch and dinner. The apartment has a sofa, bed, toilet, a TV and a kitchen.

Stayed for some time and i liked it, really nice hotel, the only drawback , if i can say it like that , is that it is also residence for some of the elders and that the wifi is very poor. Other than that , wonderfull. Really nice lake in front of the hotel (you can relax by feeding the ducks) , nice pool inside (if a little too small) ,sauna etc .Breakfast was very good. Really close to Hagenbeck Zoo/Aquarium.
