Very rude staff, hanged-up the phone in middle of the conversation. I wonder where Nespresso hires their staff at?? Looks like somewhere on a countryside farms...

In my view the better Nespresso boutique in Hamburg. You of course get free coffee if you are a member (membership is free). And the staff is more kind in this store. It is also not so crowded.
