Upscale shopping mall with a large selection of clothing brands as well as groceries and restaurants. Convenient parking possibilities and easy to get to also with public transportation. The shopping mall has everything you need. There are multiple hair salons, a Rewe in the basement and a very large Apotheke as well. Across from the mall there are several other stores, like Saturn, and also restaurants. In the middle of the mall there is a grocery and restaurant section with a very good selection of vegetables, butchers, and restaurants.

Alstertal Mall is well-known German shopping resource situated in the north of Hamburg.The shopping gallery plan offers space for tens of well-known specialist shops on three elegantly designed promenade levels. The latest expansion project had turned this mall to be the largest center in northern Germany. The shopping center is well-desgined and maintained. The interior is dominated by light natural stone combined with dark wood and stainless steel. Lounges, plants and fountains with light and water features create a relaxing atmosphere. Have fun in shopping and spend some money.

Clean.Nice.Organised. Many shops are located inside this business; such as clothing stores, food stores and even shoe stores, everything you need. Almost all stores are open currently although some close early because of the virus. In order to enter certain shops (e.g Hu0026M)you may have to fill a form including information like your full name, number and address. All stores require you to wear a mask at all times. The toilet -located on the second floor- is free and clean, but you can choose to pay a 50 cent tip.

Big shopping mall with many high-brand stores like Tesla, Apple or several designer outlets. For me personally I am missing more eatery options, the shoppping mall is very limited in the selection of food relative to it's size compared to other malls in Hamburg.

This post below was posted almost 2 months ago, since then absolutely nothing has been done to address the problem, other than the poor excuse from the management given as a response, fact is out of the two lifts in the building, one has been left unrepared for about 8 months or so, i wonder if the businesses losing money daily due to this lack of maintenance for the shopping centre would be happy with such a response. As previously stated, avoid if you have kids, are elderly or disabled, especially given the lip service response from the management, saying it will be taken care of and is important...but doing NOTHING to fix the very easy and clear to see problem, this means you don't care. It is as much as anything can be proof that you're not interested in helping elderly or disabled customers in your centre.

Should you wish to travel between floors be prepared to wait upto 10 minutes for a lift.
