Weißt man sie darauf hin kommt keine Antwort und bei nochmaligen ansprechen sagt sie, die Form wäre doch so schön. Das finde ich nicht ok. Man mag nichts sagen. Ich bezahle dafür, dass sie mir die Nägel so macht, wie ich es mag. Mal abgesehen davon sind 30€ für einfaches auffüllen überzogen.

Auch war ich bei der Pediküre. 35€ für ein wenig „raspeln“ und zack zack schnell den Lack drauf empfand ich ebenfalls sehr überzogen.

Desweiteren bin ich nach der letzten Behandlung mit mehreren roten Stellen an der Nagelhaut aus dem Studio gegangen. Es tat mir wirklich sehr weh.

Beim bezahlen, was ihr Mann (sehr sehr nett) übernommen hat, kam dann auch kein „tschüss“ mehr Seitens der Dame obwohl ich mich ordentlich verabschiedet habe. Das nenne ich nicht kundenorientiert. Für mich war es das letzte mal.
