A supergod hotel! The staff is very nice and so helpful! The room was very good cleaned and almost newly renovated ???? it was very cheap and you they had some free parking lots. You’ll also receive access to a very fresh kitchen with microwave, oven and much much more!!! They also had fridges (and a small freezer) in the room! If you want to visit Hamburg use this hotel!

No one at reception but there was a note with a phone number, manager arrived after two or three minutes. Good sized room, good bathroom but no shampoo. Fridge in the room, well equipped shared kitchen a couple of metres away and free tea and coffee. Suited me very well except that the WiFi was a bit slow.

Ok stay but lack of direct communication with staff upon arrival and the following day. Which led them to believe I was randomly sitting in the corridor using facilities I didn't already pay to use...

Really nice service and the bed was good. Everything was clean and there was also a TV with many programms.
