Absolut enttäuschend! Eigentlich gefiel mir das Studio sehr gut und die verbliebenen beiden Trainer waren super nett, aber seit dem 25.10. ist das Studio auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen. Als Begründung wurde die Erkrankung "einiger Mitarbeiter" (also beide krank...) genannt und mit dem Hinweis versehen, dass keine Kundenanliegen beantwortet werden. Bitte was!?! Ich will trainieren oder zumindest die Perspektive haben, in absehbarer Zeit wieder trainieren zu können und darüber INFORMIERT werden. Wahrscheinlich möchte der Betreiber:in Zeit gewinnen, um das Studio zu verkaufen und möglichst viele Kunden übergeben zu können. Was hier betrieben wird ist allerdings das Gegenteil von Kundenbindung.

Wirklich schade….. Habe immer sehr gern hier trainiert. Jetzt ist das Studio auf unbestimmte Zeit erstmal geschlossen. Der Inhaber reagiert auf keinerlei Anfragen. Geht man so mit Kunden um?
Schade um die wirklich immer sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Trainer.
Da kann man auch in ein No-Name-Studio gehen und bekommt vielleicht sogar mal eine Information.
Die Aussage „ Kundenanfragen können nicht bearbeitet werden“ ist wirklich unverschämt. Wenn man jahrelang viel Geld von seinen Mitgliedern kassiert hat, teilweise sogar noch in der Corona-Zeit, dann ist das ja wohl das Mindeste!!!!!

Moin. Trainiere hier schon seit gefühlten Ewigkeiten, damals noch unter KIESER TRAINING Flagge. An sich passt alles, solide Bedingungen was die Geräte, Trainingsbedingungen und Räumlichkeiten betrifft, aber aktuell ist (sicherlich ein Stück weit auch Corona bedingt) leider ein bisschen der Wurm drin. Seit 25.10.2021 ist krankheitsbedingt geschlossen und es gibt leider keine Info wann es mal wieder losgehen könnte. Erreichbarkeit ist auf keinem Weg (weder Telefon, E-Mail noch sonst irgendwie) gegeben. Das ist echt schade und tut einem in der Seele weh, mal abgesehen von dem persönlichen "Leid", aufgrund dessen, dass man nicht trainieren kann. Sowas sollte einfach nicht passieren...
