Nachdem ich beim ersten Besuch positiv angetan war, wurde ich heute extrem enttäuscht.
Bei meinem ersten Besuch brauchte ich Hundefutter mit Kängurufleisch wegen meinem mimimi Hund der auch nicht alle Sorten frisst. Mir wurde von der Verkäuferin gesagt ich sollte beim nächsten mal ein Bild von dem Futter mitbringen und dann könnte man das bestimmt bestellen, da ich dieses in einem anderem Futterhaus immer bekommen habe.

Tja und nun war ich heute da und dann fingen die Ausreden an, wohlbemerkt von einem anderen Verkäufer und einer anderen Verkäuferin. Das würde nicht gehen der Konzern würde das nicht machen und sie würden das nicht bekommen nur spezielle Läden blablabla. Nach weiterer Nachfrage von mir weil es ja ein Franchise-Unternehmen ist und das nicht dem Konzern geschuldet sondern dem Besitzer dieses Ladens bekam man keine Antwort mehr und wurde abgewiesen. Ich war weder unfreundlich noch sonstiges wurde bloß total abgeblockt obwohl mir selbst gesagt worden ist von einer Kollegin oder eventuell der Chefin das es kein Problem sein würde. na ja es war auf alle Fälle das letzte Mal dass ich dort war und werde weiter das Fressen im 20 km entfernten Futterhaus kaufen.
Schade erst ein so positiver Eindruck und dann doch total versagt.
