Nice location and so close to cities main station. The hotel stuff is friendly. The rooms are quiet and the style of the whole hotel is fancy and wild. Breakfast is continental. The cocktails are really good. The rooms are good.

The hotel is near to public transport. It is convenient when you take public transport to explore the city. However there are not many restaurants nearby.

The check-in process was smooth. Hotel and room look new. Bed and shower were really comfortable.

Our first room had a faulty lamp, thankfully the staff immediately assigned us to another room. Cleanliness wise, unfortunately we found a cockroach running around in our room. The metal grill was dusty too.

Hotel Moxy in Hamburg is very Nice.. Location is perfect, very Near to Berlin Ton Railway Station, so making easy to travel from Hamburg Airport / railway station.. Hotel Staff is very supportive. I had breakfast, it was awesome with various options.. Fruits, juices, several Coffee options, yogurt, sausages, breads, other non veg options... I prefer to stay again of get chance and enjoy dinner with drinks.

Lovely hotel. Check-in was easy and staff very welcoming. Room was immaculate and maintained well by the service team. A quirky hotel in a great location allowing easy exploration of a wonderful city. I would certainly stay here again.

Spacious room, extremely clean, nice staff.
We spent a week here with two small kids. We had a king-sized bed and a sofa bed and still had room to live, it was very spacious. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The breakfast was the same every day, but t was fine. I highly recommend staying here. The centre is one stop by the U-bahn, the airport is on the line of the S-bahn that has a stop nearby. Whenever in Hamburg we will definitely stay here.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.
The rooms are airy and with everything you need.
It is not the closest to the city center and the private parking is over expensive, 15€/day compared to the neighboring hotel which is 8€/day.

I think this is a fine hotel for the right person, if you’re young and single traveling through Europe or if you’re here for a quick business trip and need a place to crash it probably works fine. But we stayed here as a family and were super disappointed, mostly because the location is terrible. It’s in a part of town that has car repair shops and a couple kebab restaurants and not much else. There’s a train station not far away but it’s a hike up a hill and then they don’t have elevator access so it sucks to go anywhere if you have a stroller. I wish we had stayed on the western side of town where all the nice hotels and restaurants are, but unfortunately didn’t do my due diligence before booking this one. That’s on me. TLDR: good place if you’re backpacking or looking for an upscale hostel, not great for families with young children.
