I was with them for 4 years, and relatively satisfied. Then I wanted to cancel (I had a one year no cancellation period). I could not cancel in person, I was told to email or phone. I could not cancel via these, I was told (eventually) to cancel via online form or via the app. The app didn't work and I filled out 4 forms to cancel, and yet every month the payments continued to come out of my account. I finally had no choice but to go to my bank and block the payments. Now I am getting collections calls for the "missed payments." Truly a scummy company.
