My family came from The UK to stay at this hostel. It was a horrible experience! First of all, we checked-in to our room and saw that they didn't clean our room! They gave us a different room and the bathroom was super small and dirty. We asked to borrow plates and a man told us to give it back in a very rude tone. As we got into our room we had to fix our bed sheets and duvets by ourselves! We asked for a refund but it took many days to give us our money. I've also heard that they pay customers to give them a good review. I truly don't recommend this place.

Nice people in the reception. Stayed on the 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and wifi was perfect.

Good hostel, close to public transport and supermarket. Comfortable beds, tidy and clean place. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. We just stayed 1 night in the family room, basic but clean. Hotel is really close to the train line which was perfect for us. Good value for a quick and cheap stopover.

The beds are decent and the heating is welcome in cold weather. Staff seems friendly. The sink was clogged, room is dusty, remote for the TV didn't work (not the batteries) and the TV is directly above the bed. Defintely more of a hostel than a hotel.

Good location and friendly staff. Older English guy with a grey beard on reception was super helpful recommending loads of stuff to do on our first visit to Hamburg. There’s a supermarket really close by. Basic but comfortable. Thanks.
