I like the room but view and place is bad
Out in the middle of nowhere with a highway next to it so quite noisy
Far from closest station but it could have been worse
Not so good to walk there. Many big roads without pedestrian crossings

Woman at the reservation desk was very rude, interrupted and did nothing to help. Even if such a service on the phone, I can imagine what would happen if we chose this hotel

Everything was ok, the room was clean and comfortable for 2, the breakfast was not the best specially the coffee buy there was good bread,fruit and of course German charcuterie. I would like to have more hand sanitizer dispensers. The interesting places are not far if you take your time to walk, nevertheless there is a bus and subway near the hotel.

Breakfast hit and miss (hot stuff cold, sometime have, sometimes don't etc)but due to CV, staff good, friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean with tea and coffee and the shower is instantly hot, 3 settings , one setting is so powerful it hurt my balls (well, I was curious)????

When the navigation system tools me that I've arrived I wasn't sure as there were no signs to indicate that it's the Leonardo. The check in was quick. Rooms are rather big and the beds comfortable. Service in the bar and lounge is good. We didn't get the soaps and shampoo replenished on our second day. Buffet breakfast serves minimum variety but is good value.

Clean, well equipped rooms with comfy beds, decent Restaurant and Bar, good service. The location is quite remote though and it therefore is a bit hard to get here, especially by public transport but even Taxi drivers have struggle finding it... Use bicycle rental service if possible.

Very nice large bedroom, excellent breakfasts and exceptionally helpful staff. One member of our group is Gluten Free and this was catered for at breakfast without any problems. Very clean room and bathroom, nice powerful showers. The free WI-FI worked perfectly - we just asked the receptionist for the password. Short walk from Veddel S - Ben providing fast easy access to central Hamburg. Would definitely recommend.
