Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy, perfect for a short holiday. Static caravan was fully equipped with all you need. Warm and cozy, good transport links, including all night bus less than 10 minutes walk away. Little shop stocked with essentials. Very satisfied with our stay, thank you ????

Nice spot for a night or two. We stayed here for one night on our way to Denmark. Showers and toilets are nice and clean! IKEA is close by (walking distance) and you can have a cheap dinner there ! Close to the high way which you can hear a bit (especially when you are in a tent!). We will probably visit it again!

A large but expensive campsite, €49/night for two people. Pitches need some attention, grass trimmed and hedges awaiting a cut. Can be noisy with overflying aircraft and nearby motorway.
We wanted to leave for this reason but were point blank refused a refund for night unused.
Hamburg is accessible via a bus and two trains, about an hour.

Very expensive this the offered service. The power outlet type (with 3 holes) is not the standard outlet for Germany. If you don’t have this type of outlet, you have to buy it from the camp!!!
The camp is close to Autobahn and it can very loud if you are not used to noise.
WiFi is not free and you have to pay for this basic service.
The shower and toilet are clean and with warm water.

Terrible service, manager was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, I watched multiple people walk away form the counter unsatisfied and confused by the front desk. Trashy camping spot over priced but owning a camp spot so near to the city, it is easy to have poor service and management along with unclean campsites. The washing machine is rigged to steal money, I had to open the bottom hatch to find the emergency release switch in order to remove my clothes. I was told that I didn't supply the machine enough money for the timer which is coin activated and that the timer didn't match the setting I used on the machine so I had to add more money. However this wasn't true as I paid attention to both the times and I paid for more time than the washer required. I paid more because multiple people told me I was incorrect and this was happening to them as well. So I added four more euros however the machine would not release my clothes. I went to report the problem to the receptionist who was very angry and her response was that of a disrespectful unhelpful person. My woman asked for help multiple times about different subjects and was treated rudely and was often interrupted and treated as an interior for asking simple questions that any guest who had not been to the establishment before would ask. It's over priced the people are rude and the campsite look as though people use them as toilets but I suppose the management knows this and finds it acceptable because they hold a monopoly in the location.

We basically paid 61 euros to have access to toilets and showers which we hardly used. "knas" would have been a more suitable name for the place. First of all they lack the capability of understanding the fact that many tourists use the international language as means of communication. They were instructions avalible here and there but not very useful. So we tried to figure stuff out ourselves, however we failed many times... among them were locating the trash bins the greatest. We ended up squeezing the trash in the small paper waste bins located in and out the toilets. The only handicap/child friendly (?) toilet was locked. I was also debited for electricity to the tent... You pay for each person eventhough you use your own tent. Industrial area on one side and a motorway the other. IKEA is on the front side and they had better toilets so we went there at the end. To be continued...

The toilets are very clean and the welcome is also positive but I do not recommend this camping because it is located exactly under a highway and both day and night the noise of passing cars is not bearable. Quality prize not worth it.
