Nice hotel, just off the A7 motorway, north of Hamburg.
Had our dinner in the bar/restaurant and I had the best Wienerschnitzel there. The man who served us was very friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and the beds were comfy.
Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. There are also EV car chargers in the parking, but you'll need to download an app to use them. Can recommend a stay here.

Did not feel safe, came here with a friend for one night before my flight. At check in the front desk clerk printed our reservation for us and we stayed in our room. In the middle of the night someone crept in our room briefly and turned on the entrance light and walked out. When we checked out they somehow couldn't find our name or reservation which was very concerning. I still have an email of the reservation but I 100% did not feel safe due to someone entering our room when we were only issued one key.

Nice hotel, comfortable stay and good breakfast. Will come back next time we are in Hamburg. Great location next to the motorway so ideal for a road trip stop over.

Empty bottle of water in room didn't change, to giving new one, without minibar also... breakfast excellent, personal excellent, ambient good

Very nice and clean hotel, with parking.
The staff is very nice, and treat you like a VIP.
Breakfast is good and diverse.

It was very clean. The only thing was missing, we booked the room for 2 adults and a 4 years old kid but there were no facilities for the kids. I mean even a sofa-bed for sleeping.

They were understaffed at our visit, so we had to wait quite some time, but staff was friendly, helpful and service minded.
We would not hesitate to come there again.
