This hotel was just the right choice for a good central location in Hamburg, just 20min walk from the Elbphilarmonie and the Speicherstadt, and still with quiet surroundings and beautiful views over to the Norderelbe. Out room was pretty and clean, and the breakfast and dinner buffets tasty and fresh. I liked it so much that I decided to stay here once more returning from a visit to Copenhagen.

They provided a baby cot and have colors and paper for your kid to get entertained during meals.

I'd definitely come back, thank you for the hospitality!

Nice brand new hotel with great service and good amenities. The lobby is spacious with small cafe that serves lunch and dinner till 9:30 pm. The rooms are really good with separated toilet and delicious bottles of water and orange juice for free.

The unique thing about the number of rooms is the naming of cities for each room with the world map inside the room.

The breakfast is delicious and has variety of options with nice view of the river.

The parking is available in the basement for 14 £.

The hotel is a bit isolated from the center in newly on going building construction but it’s walking distance to the center.

Good hotel, having a large lobby with a bar. Outdoor terrace with good view to water.
Restaurant is at first floor, near some conference rooms. Breakfast is good with multiple food options, water, coffee, juice. Design is very interesting giving you a good feeling.
Room was ok, comfortable bed, view to the train tracks. There are also rooms with view to the water.
For me it was a little bit far from my office.
There are some constructions around, blocking part of the road. Hotel entrance is not very well signaled and you may get a little bit confused the first time.

The hotel has a good location just next to a subway station. Very easy access. The rooms are unusually large and clean. We visited March 2019 and there was still lots of construction around that we were no aware of when we booked. Unfortunately, for us the check in was not very smooth. It took my wife an hour to check in (could not find our booking...). I arrived one day later and the greeting from the receptionist was “your wife should have said that you arrive a day later“ (She did). Anyway, as a client I don't really have to care about internal procedures. Also, our elevator card had to be replaced several times.. “it happens sometimes“ we were told. I believe they are relatively new in Hamburg, so cut them some slack.

We stayed because the images online were very inviting. Unfortunately it was not the case. The space is ENOURMOUS! They could do so much more with the area to create a better environment. When we arrived the whole place smelled like frying oil. The rooms are clean but very minimal and underwhelming. The breakfast was average. In saying that, the staff was lovely and very helpful. I would probably not stay again given all the other great hotels for similar price in the area.

Good Hotel located in the brand new Hafencity of Hamburg. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms feature a sofa. The entire hotel is new (status 2019). The breakfast buffet features an excellent choice, much better than comparable international chains. Located right next to the Hafencity University Metro station. Very recommendable.

The rooms were spacious and the showers were amazing. The lounge area was beautiful and the view was nice. Perfect location! Horrible customer service, after staying for two nights they charged us for late check-out...
