For me the perfect business hotel in Hamburg
The second time I stay for business. Rooms are modern and clean. Very quite at the night for a good night of sleep. High speed internet connection which works for video calls. All staff at the reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping extremely kind and professional. Nice breakfast and good restaurant.
Nice and quite location yet near the center.
Thank you to all hotel staff for the pleasant stay ????to the next time.

Absolute false advertising. Beautiful hotel and courteous staff but the AC's in the room don't work at all. It's the middle of a heat wave in Europe and the staff tells me the ACs just happen to be broken in the two rooms I tried and now I have to find a new hotel at 7pm. Maybe in the winter this place is nice but in the summer it's a 1 star hotel. Zero value. Might as well go camping.

Probably the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at. New and hip hotel, colorful rooms, cozy bar next to the lobby. Friendly service started at checking in, and continued in the bar after dinner. A keeper.

New hotel, modern neighborhood but very close to Hamburg City Center!

Friendly reception staff, not-so-respectful restaurant staffs, our room was almost clean though there were some tiny debris around and in the corners of the room.

We got the room services once, and the walk-out bathroom towel was the only left on the floor which was not changed though and just folded like day one, ready for use!

Enjoyed staying here. Nice and safe location. Just wish there was option to select breakfast before we got to hotel, and wish they had placed more towels in bathroom at beginning so wouldn't have to ask for towels. But overall, clean facilities, clean, well maintained room. Would definitely stay here again.
