This place NEVER disappoints, great burgers. friendly staff and a cozy place to sit and enjoy your meal.

We were very disappointed that our antigen test from only 18 hours prior were not accepted even though Hamburg guidelines allow antigen tests to be used as valid for 24 hours. The food was good quality but of course we planned to eat in the restaurant and therefore was cold by the time we got home.

I was there with friends to eat burger, but as soon as we entered to the restaurant, a girl who said I‘m manager shouted and talked really unfriendly in front of other people regarding wearing FFP2 mask while she herself wore normal mask, it was really impolite and we didn’t eat there.

We just ordered a salad with chicken breast and a double cheeseburger for 25€ + 1,50€ for delivery.
The burger was not even as good as a McDonald's burger if you consider those "good". Cheese was the cheapest sandwich cheese slices known from the supermarket. The beef was not good at all.
The salad consisted only of one slice of cucumber, one slice of radishes, a bit of paprika and loads of onion. Rest, like 95%, was just lettuce.
So overall worse than disappointing quality. Never again.
