I came to this hotel in a rainy day, late in the evening ????????????, and All I wanted is to get some sleep, I had no reservation, so I called the number and the staff guided me to how I can get the room without them being their (Covid regulation) my checking in process took less than 5 minutes. They were very kind and even told me that I could pay in the morning because I was tired.

Amazing and nice people♥️♥️♥️
Also the rooms were okay♥️
The price was not expensive ♥️

The rooms there span from nice to dreadful. The hotel is located in 3 different buildings and depending on the building the rooms might have been renovated in different decades.

The first room I was offered smelled and was ravaged by humidity. But after a "discussion" with the manager we were moved to a much nicer rooms.

The big plus of this place is its location. Placed just in front of the metro station in a posh area of hamburg, this place is both quite and convenient (nice little shopping area next to it, and direct ride to the airport, stadium and city center)

The rooms are clean but a bit small and definitely cold. There is a private parking. The breakfast is complete and tasty. On the other hand many of the rooms are in separate building than where the breakfast is served which is a bit annoying

This hotel was really a nice surprise. Very appropriate location, close to the commuting train station across the street (train passage did not disturb us in the room), close to a very good restaurant Block House also only across the street. Our room was newly renovated and spacious with a very nice bathroom. Very good room cleaning. Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking was free.
We did not use our car during the stay, because the train was a much better facility and brought us to the center of Hamburg within 15 minutes, saving time and money. The chief portier was very fluent in English and very helpful, the other staff had relative small knowledge in English, but I used my school German.
In conclusion . Very very good, and cost-effective. Important to check the room, not all have yet been renovated.

Staff very nice. Terrible Wi-Fi. Clean and spacious room. Check out at 12:00. Very close to train station. Convenient to go to DESY (I was there for a conference). Breakfast ok, but it could have been better. Around €40 of taxi from the airport.

Size of the room is okay, but it is not the cleanest. Directly under the roof, it wasn't surprising that I had to get rid of spiders first until I could use the bathroom. Breakfast is okay. Personell is friendly.

Rooms are clean and new. Location is close to a public transport station. Breakfast included. The lady at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this hotel.
