The waitress was very very rude to us. Really bad customer experience. We ordered only one steak tartar but she brought 3 steak tartare, and she wasn’t patient enough to stay there and listen to what we really wanted. When she served the water she did it in a very rude way, spilling water. She looked upset to service us. She never came back to us so that we could ask for the bill, so we had to go to the hostess to ask for it. Never experienced such a bad service in an restaurant that is supposed to have high standards. The food quality and taste was completely overshadowed by the rudeness and bad service. So if you’re a tourist stay away from this place. I work at a bank and we bring our clients to this type of restaurant, definitely won’t repeat not recommend it to colleagues and/ or friends.

Mit hohen Erwartungen haben wir den Jahreszeiten Grill noch zum Mittagessen vor unserer Abreise besucht und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Geschmacklich war es ok, aber im Vergleich zum gehobenen Preis leider zu wenig Kreativität und Innovation für die gebotenen Speisen. Zu meinem Unglück habe ich durch den Verzehr vom Coq au Vin leider kurz darauf Magen-Darm Probleme bekommen, die mehrere Tage angehalten haben. Mein Arzt hatte mir bestätigt, dass dies nur von diesem Gericht kommen konnte. Tatsächlich war das Hühnchen von Innen auch stark rosa, aber da hatte ich mich auf die Kompetenz eines First Class Hotels verlassen und wurde leider enttäuscht. Eigentlich wollte ich das Restaurant gar nicht so schlecht bewerten, aber mir ist der Besuch aufgrund der angesprochenen Probleme sehr negativ in Erinnerung geblieben und ich habe mich im Nachhinein sehr geärgert dort gegessen zu haben und mehrere Tage Bauchschmerzen bekommen zu haben. Sollte in einem Hotel dieser Klasse definitiv nicht passieren!
