I had a one night stay at the hotel. It was pure luxury from the start. Really nice and friendly check in, the room was fresh and cooly decorated. Wonderful rooftop bar, although not much of a scenic view. The breakfast in the morning was perfect, kind staff, well assorted buffet.

If I could give more stars, I would. Truly an outstanding experience. The staff was so kind and thoughtful (big and small things) for example, during turn down service the first night they realized I’m American and switched all the signs to English in the room or the fact that they knew my son was with me and supplied all the gear you need for a small child. I can’t wait to stay here again. The breakfast is a MUST do and the sweets in afternoon tea are exceptional.

A true 5-star experience. State-of-the art amenities, gorgeous lobby, lavish corridors. This Fairmont really reflects the level of service excellence.
Perfect place for business meetings at the coffee lounge.

Great location! Great views! 5 start hotel all around. Gregor in reception was amazing 5 stars to you! Thanks for making the stay exceptional

Stayed 13 nights. Facilities were provided as requested, eg walk in shower, walk-in wardrobe,ironing board, twin beds. Only constructive feedback would be to provide hot chocolate sachets in addition to the coffee u0026 tea in the room.

The lounge has amazing coffee and high tea service with great cakes (Kuchen ????). Classic and sophisticated Hamburg Style.

I always stayed with you for the last 10 years. From doorman to room service, from front desk to restaurant metre everybody is on his/her place. The quality of products such as olive oil etc are extremely well chosen…everything is well care taken.
