The staff is great, very helpful e willing to find solutions to help the guests. The facilities could be a litter better. The flush of the toilet was leaking a lot, and one of the towels was ripping apart so old it was. Other complicated thing is that the reception desk doesnt works 24 hours, so if you need assistence at some hours of the night, you can't have it.

Budget hotel no real complaints nice breakfast and helpful staff .It's a cab ride to the city centre (€18) but about 2 miles from the Arena which is why we picked it.Getting to the Barclaycard arena is easy by taxi but hard to get back from. Will stay in centre next time as its easier to get a bus back.Overall its fine for a short stay.

In every web page you look (including here in their Google profile!) they claim to have AC in their rooms. They don’t.
When I asked at reception, the woman there was keen on convincing me that it is just a bad translation from German into English. It’s not (as if that made it any better!).
The ‘BUDGET’ in their name is not for nothing - mind you, having paid 100 euros per night, it feels like a total rip off.

Tiny rooms with sink u0026 bathroom facilities integrated into the room. No hairdryer in the rooms, so had to ask at the reception. The location is suboptimal - about 1.5-2 km away from U-Bahn.

Very hot day in Hamburg and the air condition didn’t work properly. Had to move to a different hotel and I still had to pay for the night even I only stayed 4 hours!

Nice clean place, decent breakfast, staff were quite pleasant when you could find them.

Light in our toilet was not working (fixed after 2days). Wasnt able to lower the AC temperature, it was super hot and stuff couldnt help. No regular roomservice, only on demand.
No water heater and no option to buy hot water for a tea.

Just pay 20€ more and go for a more appropriate hotel.
