Decent hotel close to Hamburg central station. Room wasn't the largest, but big enough looking at how affordable it was. It was very clean though. Also staff is friendly and the breakfast was pretty good, with lots of choice. Good place to stay during a Hamburg city trip.

Good hotel for a sightseeing trip with a surprisingly good breakfast selection. Placed near the main station (7 minutes walk), so well placed to get to all the places around Hamburg. Rooms are small and it is placed directly on between two well traveled streets. So expect some noise. But you generally get good quality for that price range.

Good breakfast, good service, BUT
you can hear the people in the neighbor room 'speaking' at night. They are not even loud. The water gets a little bit colder, when you're showering and there is only a little light on the table next to your bed in the main part of the room. A main light is missing. Also the TV-remote wasn't working. But the service is very nice and they try their best.

An OK hotel with friendly staff, clean, modern and good location. But our room was small with only one light in the corner by the room entrance so didn't illuminate much of the room. curtains that's didn't properly fit the width window and kettle with a broken lid that wouldn't stop boiling.

A nice hotel located on walking distance to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The room was pretty small but clean with a big bed, the bathroom was fresh as well. The hotels facilities were lackluster, they did not even have a restaurant, they only served breakfast.

Clean, good service and walking distance from main station. Sound isolated rooms and windows along with very comfortable beds (firm matresses) ensured a very nice sleep. However the neighborhood is rather dull and the fact that no breakfast is included takes it from 4 to 3 stars in my book

The picture from the 3 persons room isn't correct. Very small room and only 2 beds and 1 place without matrass. The 2 stars are for the room cleaning (they deserve 5 stars!!!) they were the only staff who made our stay good. The reception was not helpful!
