I spent one night at Hotel St. Annen. Both at the reception at at breakfast the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every detail is made with love. Breakfast is amazing. One can very much enjoy the uniqueness of not being in just another hotel chain.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel is very well located. There is water and coffee machine with free capsules in the room. The rooms are small but clean. However, at times it was a little cold in the room, especially at night. All in all it was a very pleasant stay!

Excellent service, all the staff members, including the owner, are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Family room, and were very satisfied. The room was super clean, there was enough towels and toilet paper, as well as two bottles of water and a coffee machine. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was just amazing - everything is fresh and super tasty, the serving personal is always smiling, and it definitely gives a great feeling. The location is wonderful as well, a walking distance to the port, monuments and lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience shop.

Stayed for 2d, loved the breakfast which was organic and staff was very friendly and highly skilled. rooms were a bit small but that was known beforehand. overall a very good stay.

The service at this hotel was the best I've ever experienced. They knew me by name and responded positively to every request. The hotel is near a wide variety of restaraunts and stores. Rooms were modern, quiet, and clean. I'll be back!

Enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Beds were narrow but very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here.
