Nice, clean and modern rooms. Good value for money. 4 floors but no lift. No inhouse phone to contact reception. Good breakfast.

The hotel is super clean, quiet even if is not far from the bars area, beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and happy to help you if you have any questions. The breakfast is a buffet with good coffee, several kinds of sausages, jam, cheese, cereals, yogurt, fresh food, juices and so on. I wasn't expecting too much because it is not expensive but they exceeded my expectations. I will come back for sure.

Fantastic value for money. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be a bit intimidating when a football match is on, as streets are full of supporters, but is fine, everyone's very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was great! Jolly Roger next door worth a visit!

The room was charming and really clean. The breakfast buffet is really good too, good quality of food, even though there wasn't a big variaty. We strongely recommend this hotel. The only disadvantages, there was a lot of light on the room in the morning, and we would have rather individual beds.

The rooms were nothing fancy but they were clean. For the price this place is adequate, close enough to most worthwhile Hamburg destinations. There was no WiFi in the room, only in the lobby which was an inconvenience.

The hospitality was good, but there was a problem with carrying the bag all the way to the third floor. Plus the room does not have conditioning neither a fridge, which I find it hard to take especially in this hot weather. Thanks.

Good Hotel with good location. Clean room and bathroom, well equipped. Tasty breakfast. No air condition in room - can be hot inside.
