I stay at this hotel regularly, in total I have been here 5 times. I always have a great experience when I come. I like the hotel's amenities and ambiance - it is elegant but in a simple way and it has everything you may need, plus a nice and comfortable atmosphere. But most of all, the staff here is incredibly nice and accommodating. I have needed some flexibility in the past regarding rooms and check-in times and I have to say they have always been super helpful. The latest super helpful person was Julia at reception just this morning, who accommodated an early check-in, kindly offered me a coffee and was able to be flexible in other ways as well. Thank you!

The hotel interior is nice, the room would be comfortable overall but it was really hot and the temperature could not be lowered, the AC was blowing hot air even if we tried to lower it. We did not like the Burger and fish we ordered for dinner in the restaurant. Tasteless and swimming in oil. We could hear (probably?) rats moving above us in the ceiling. I would not recommend having dinner here. Breakfast was really nice. The garage entrance is a bit hard to find and the garage is really tight. Staff was kind but not very attentive.

Very good service, nice and clean hotel. Small sport room to work out if needed. Very nice breakfast. The only thing is that the parking lot could be more practical, it's a bit tight. That's all I could find. :-)

nice hotel with all the amenities. Rooms are big enough, but the bed was a bit hard for my taste.
Breakfast was ok, with more than enough choice.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Free parking!

Stayed in NH hotels before and this was equally good, new, modern and comfortable rooms. Had free parking on site, breakfast was really nice and service was good! No complaints really and would recommend this stay.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The staff is nice and offers good service. I forgot my watch but received help from the staff and was able to get it back quickly.

Decent hotel, a bit outdated interior for the rooms. Common areas like the lobby felt much more modern. Well cleaned rooms.
