It was okay but the problem was with bathroom and wifi was not good

Pro: in a good location, and mostly clean
Con: toilet is separate, breakfast is boring and the staff is arrogant. And 3 nights for 344€ is somewhat overprized! Especially so if you see that you can have airbnbs for half of that...

The cleaning lady was very friendly, the evening manager a little less. With out checking the lady was friendly. We didn't take breakfast so that we can't tell. There was free parking so that's a huge plus as well.

Terrible experience with the employees and management. WARNING!!! I had a death in the family 4 days before I was supposed to travel to Hamburg and called the hotel to cancel or move my booking. A woman at reception that answered the phone refused when I kindly requested this favor and then proceeded to insult me by saying I am making this scenario up and rules are rules and I should know that they will charge my credit card one way or the other. I tried to reason with them but to no avail and not interested in my situation and that I would not be able to travel. They charged the full amount for all days a few minutes after I called them. I am shocked and disgusted by these practices. It also hurt me financially. Horrible experience!!!

Read cancellation policy in fine print. This hotel is very unflexible and unaccomodating. Was supposed to stay at the hotel this weekend - but all trains from Denmark was cancelled because of the refugee situation - a very special circumstance in my opinion. Eventhough we had no possibility of showing up - the hotel charged the full amount. There was nothing to be done ... What a Way to benefit....

Very unflexible, if you cancel less then a week prior they will charge you the full amount. The staff was professional but passive aggressive. I think it is waaay to overpriced for not haven ensuite bathrooms. Coming in the athmosphere scared me, the lift gave me shivers, everthing seemed very worn down. Tte entrance wasn't lit properly and the whole situation is very confusing.

Reception staff could not be anymore helpful. Fantastic large room, Very clean great all round.
Will stay here again ????????????
